480 Maple features two 1 bedroom and one 2 bedroom ground floor apartments in a quiet, quaint neighborhood, close to downtown Plymouth. 

All apartments are full-featured, offering washer, dryer, stove & refrigerator.  The 1 bedroom apartments are perfect for single professionals or retirees and the 2 bedroom with full basement offers more space for those who might need it.

Our rental rates are based on 1 year lease and 2 1/2x one month's rent is required at move-in.  Ability to pay must be proven before we will rent to you.  A credit score of 670 or better is a standard requirement. 

Water is paid. Tenant's pay for their own gas and electric.  Network TV (OTA-HD) is provided at no cost; Cable TV, internet, and phone service are available from multiple vendors (at your expense) per your own individual requirements.   

Free off-street parking for one car per bedroom will be provided in the terms of the lease.

Our apartments are NON-SMOKING residences.  If you need to smoke inside your apartment, please look elsewhere.

NO PETS are allowed at 480 Maple.   There are NO exceptions.
